HeBrews Cafe operating days:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.

All orders need to be in by 8:00am for lunch the same day.

Initial Set-up:

  1. Go to www.school24.com.au
  2. Go to 'Login/Register'
  3. Click 'Create Account'. Enter the School Registration ID. (Please call the College office for the Registration ID). Register as a 'Parent' and complete the form. Once you have successfully created your account, you can log in using your email address as your Username.
  4. Click on 'Setup Students,' then 'Add more students'. Complete the 'Add more students' form. (Please note: no student ID is required.) Click 'Add Student'. Add as many students as you require.
  5. To place an order, there must be money in your account. To add money, go to 'Account' and select 'Top-up Account'. Select either the 'Credit Cards' or 'Manual' option. If you select 'Manual' you will need to bring the cash in an envelope to the College office with your name, top-up amount, child/ren's name and year level on the front. Please note; it will take 24 hours to process cash payments and you will be unable to order during this time. If selecting 'Credit Cards' a small fee is charged, however, you can order straight away.

Online Ordering:

  1. Log in to www.school24.com.au with your Username and Password.
  2. Click 'Select Date' to choose the date of your order. Click 'Start Order'.
  3. Click the '+' beside 'CATEGORIES' and select from the 'Recess' or 'Lunch' menu. Select the item you wish to purchase for the relevant child/ren and click 'add to cart'. A number beside the shopping trolley icon indicates how many items you have in your cart. Continue selecting other individual items from the 'CATEGORIES' menu as required.
  4. Once your order is complete, click on 'Checkout' and review your order. Choose 'Continue shopping' if you need to make any changes. To finalise your order, click 'Submit Your Order'.
  5. Wait for a confirmation message to appear. An email will also be sent confirming your order. Please check that you have received this email, as this is your confirmation that HeBrews Cafe has received your order.
