Music Immersion Program Year 3 to Year 8

The program offers students the chance to learn string, brass, or woodwind instruments. In Years 3 to 7, students can choose to study string instruments in small group classes, while Years 4 to 8 can choose brass or woodwind instruments in similar settings.

Ensemble Rehearsals

Students can join weekly rehearsals for Concert Bands and String Ensembles, preparing them for school events, encouraging teamwork, improving instrument skills, and providing valuable stage experience – all while having fun!

Compulsory Music Immersion Program

It is compulsory for all Year 3 students to study violin for one year and for all Year 5 students to study either a brass or woodwind instrument for one year. Instruments, books, and tuition are provided free of charge, with a $100 bond payable for each instrument issued.
